ABOUT ERIC
As a lifelong resident of Southwestern Ontario, Eric has been lucky enough to call a variety of different cities and towns across this beautiful province home. With an intimate knowledge of the merits and unique characteristics of each municipality within the region, he has developed a keen insider’s understanding of the importance of location, providing a solid knowledge base to assist his clients in deciding where they want to live.
Eric grew up playing football and rugby and his competitive spirit still drives him today. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario majoring in History, Eric moved to Toronto and went on to complete a Certificate in Social Work at Humber College. He then stayed in the city for the next ten years until recently, now calling Oakville home.
As an avid globetrotter, Eric seeks to absorb as much information as he can about each country’s unique history and architecture during his travels. Sparking within him a greater curiosity to understand where people live and why, this inspiration led him to change careers from social work into real estate, where he could blend his passion for helping people with his lifelong pursuit of wisdom.
Eric’s mission is to serve his clients with relentless integrity, equality in services delivered, and consistently impressive results. His benchmark for defining success is simple; serving his clients’ long-term best interest. Eric seeks to understand his clients' primary motivations first in order to deliver a personalized experience catered to individual needs, so that he and his clients are always on the same page.
Earning the trust of his clients through insightful and accurate advice, listening more than talking, seeing possibility instead of limitation, and working harder and more effectively than anyone else, Eric expertly navigates Southwestern Ontario’s demanding real estate marketplace to assist his clients in achieving their real estate goals.
In his spare time, you can find Eric out and about in Oakville and Toronto meeting new people, kicking back with a glass of Guiness to watch Sunday Night Football, travelling the world (especially the Carribbean), and indulging in the occasional stogie.
